Da-zee (now Daisy)

DA-ZEE  –  ADOPTED

Daisy is living with a great family who is working hard with her to overcome the minor issues she’s had. She will be well looked after for the rest of her life.

Da-zee is a 9 year old Weimaraner currently being fostered in Alberta – we are hoping this will be a foster fail.

Currently, she is alone with 2 other dogs for most days for 4 to 8 hours; she is not restricted in the house. She has not been in cars much. Her owners say that she has a high prey drive and that she is difficult to walk on the leash. She tends to run away when off leash. She has not been exposed to children with her current family who have had her for 4 years. Her owner states that she growls at other dogs but 4 years ago she was fine traveling with another Weimaraner and stayed with a foster for at least a week with 3 other Weimaraners and cats.

We are looking for a foster home or an adopter who will help her live a good life for the rest of her years.
